Claudia Küssel

Claudia Küssel, Foam (Holand)

Studied Art History at the Leiden University. She joined Foam as a curator in 2012. Before Foam, she was a freelance curator, and worked respectively for the Fotomuseum in The Hague and the Nederlands Fotomuseum in Rotterdam.  Exhibitions she curated are: Under Construction, New Positions in American Photography, Richard Mosse, The Enclave and Peter Puklus  ,   Handbook to the Stars.

Her main focus lies with contemporary photography. Claudia has a special interest for conceptual approaches and an investigative attitude towards the medium.
